In the last issue of the KP weekly, we talked about how Nikita Dzhigurda became the heir to the will of a rich lonely girlfriend, Lyudmila Bratash. The millionaire died under mysterious circumstances on February 14 this year. Immediately after her death, Nikita Dzhigurda stated that Lyudmila had been killed. And that she left all her 800 million inheritance to the artist and his wife Marina Anisina. Bratash's sister is challenging this will in court. "Komsomolskaya Pravda" found out new details.

Caught luck in the dashing 90s

Many wonder: how did Lyudmila Bratash even become a millionaire? This question was clarified to us by her friend, former military test pilot Mikhail Markov.

In the 90s, Lyudmila knocked down big money for organizing flights for VIPs, Markov told KP. - I worked with Bratash - I made flights, and she established a brokerage structure and was an intermediate link. Usually brokers earn two or three percent, but she earns 30! She said that if I don’t get 10 thousand dollars from the flight, I won’t even pick up the phone. And the oligarchs of the rank of Boris Berezovsky for some reason ordered flights from us through her company. We earned from the flight, let's say, 700 dollars, while bearing all the basic expenses, and her intermediary firm - 10 - 12 thousand dollars each.

So she worked until the 2000s. Then the rich bought private jets and began to fly themselves. Brokers are no longer needed. Lyudmila's company burst (in 2010. - Ed). During her work, Luda, of course, got rich. But it is unlikely that her inheritance totals 800 million.

Scandal over old refrigerator

A close friend of Bratash Galina Zavyalova also doubts the amount of the inheritance.

Luda has never had such huge money! - considers Galina. - I have known her since the time when she came from Minsk to Moscow as a young girl.

In the 90s, Luda invested in a country house under construction. And then she successfully sold it, having gained many times more - about 270 thousand dollars. With this money I bought an elite apartment in Ostrovny passage and a one-room apartment in Strogino. Of course, she still had some money left - then she bought another apartment in Moscow.

Luda lived very frugally. I always searched the Internet for cheaper plane tickets. I remember that my nephew had a scandal because he threw away the old refrigerator: she was sorry. Dzhigurda claims that she has real estate around the world, accounts. Where? I think he said this to give himself importance - the principles of show business worked.

Galina Zavyalova believes that there are many dark spots in the history of her friend's death.

Luda told me that she wanted to be buried next to her parents in Minsk, she says. - But she was buried in a grave with ... relatives of Lyuda's personal driver Dmitry Kuronov!

As KP ​​found out, no criminal case has been initiated into the death of Lyudmila Bratash to this day, the check continues. But the cause of death was finally established - a traumatic brain injury.

Alcohol from the driver

Over the past two years, Luda has become a drunken alcoholic. She categorically refused to be treated, - continues Galina Zavyalova. - It was hard to watch her degrade before our eyes. But after all, someone supported this state of hers. I know that her driver Kuronov always came to her with a bottle. I also saw Dzhigurda visiting Bratash. He could get her, for example, a watermelon, but not a drink. It was Nikita who, after the New Year, took Lyuda drunk from home, loaded him into his car and sent him to the clinic. It was like this: after the New Year, her sister Sveta found me: they say, on January 1, Luda disappeared, she was kidnapped by Dzhigurda! I contacted Marina Anisina in Paris (I know Marina from my youth, I worked with her figure skating coach Lyudmila Pakhomova for a long time). Marina says to me: “You have no idea what state Lucy is in! Nikita couldn't look at it. I myself searched the Internet for a clinic so that at least someone would accept her on the second of January.

During the absence of Luda, it turned out that jewelry and money were stolen from the safe in her apartment - about 250 thousand euros. On New Year's Eve, Luda had a Dzhigurda. And then her driver arrived, he opened the door with his key. He, according to his confession, opened the safe with a spare key and saw that it was empty. Then Luda told me: "Kuronov stole the money from the safe." But later she began to think about both Nikita and her sister.

The last to see Bratash alive were Dmitry Kuronov and his wife. According to the forensic medical examination, Bratash died at 14.40 - three hours after the couple left.

Karma as an argument

The next day the driver came to Lyudmila again. Finding Bratash dead, he called the police.

My sister immediately arrived and saw Luda in the blood, - says Galina Zavyalova. - Sveta cried, told me: "She has a crushed head from behind, from the back of the head." Sveta decided that her sister had been killed. All the fuss, of course, around the inheritance.

Luda was terribly worried that she could not have children. She had an unsuccessful abortion at the age of 25. For her, it was a terrible tragedy. They say that Dzhigurda told her that his son is the karmic incarnation of her child. Therefore, I was not surprised that she became the godmother of Dzhigurda's son. Luda could well write off the inheritance to the parents of her godson - Dzhigurda and Anissina.

How did her relationship develop with men?

She showed me her love - a pilot from France. They lived together. And then Luda found him with another. At the end of her life, Luda was lonely.

"Binge? Try not to buy!

We asked the driver Lyudmila Bratash why he regularly brought alcohol to a drunken woman.

Try not to buy! I'm her subordinate, - said Dmitry Kuronov. - If you refuse, you won't see your salary on the first day. In addition, I knew: I would leave, and she would order a box of vodka on the Internet.

- How did Lyudmila behave shortly before her death?

Usually. My wife and I left, and she was on the Internet.

- And why was she buried in the grave of your relatives?

Because you can get a free place in the cemetery only outside the Moscow Ring Road. In Moscow, a place costs at least a million. And we have a family grave at the Kolomna cemetery. And I also thought: my sister still, when everything is over, she will take Luda to Belarus. Now the body cannot be taken out - until all the circumstances of death are clarified. It is possible to exhume it.

- Dzhigurda said that Bratash's inheritance is 800 million ...

Who are you listening to! By the way, without waiting for a court decision, a month and a half after the death of Lucy Dzhigurda and Anisina broke the locks in her Paris apartment. Moreover, in those two days in early January, when we considered Lyuda missing, and Dzhigurda took her away, 476 thousand rubles were withdrawn from her accounts! When Lyudmila was discharged from the clinic, she asked for bank statements. From them it is clear that the amounts were withdrawn on January 2 from three of her bank cards through ATMs. At her request, she was allowed to view the CCTV footage near the ATMs. On the video - Dzhigurda and his driver. Then Dzhigurda said that he was withdrawing money for Luda's treatment at the clinic. Lucy made a request to the medical institution, how much was paid for her treatment, but no answer came. Rave! Luda's death is absolutely unprofitable for me. I lost my job after she left. I had a working day sometimes - at 10 in the morning I came to her, and at 12 in the afternoon I was already leaving. Didn't stress at all. For the kind of money that she paid me, now I will have to work hard from dawn to dusk.

At first, doctors thought that she died due to a detached blood clot. But there were injuries on her body. The medical examiner's report indicated that death was due to a traumatic brain injury.

People who drink often die this way. The man got drunk, fell, broke his head and never regained consciousness.

I think if she bequeathed her fortune to someone, then only to her lover. It is very likely that he was Dzhigurda. Perhaps he somehow pulled this will out of her in a fit of love passion - he persuaded her to sign it.

Another question: why did she draw up a will not in Russia, but in America? It is very strange. A smart woman, she had a business, which means that when drawing up a document, she had to consult with lawyers whether a will drawn up in America was really valid in Russia. And one more thing: a will always includes a list of all property - this is not here. Finally, if a woman were serious about this will, I think she would find an opportunity to make it again in Russia, so that there would be no doubt.

- A month before the death of Lyudmila, a theft was committed in her apartment. Dzhigurda assures: the driver is to blame ...

The driver had the opportunity to enter the apartment and had access to the safe - which means that he could take the money at any time. He could slowly pull out of there, and no one would notice anything. Most likely, the theft was committed by a person who usually did not have access to the safe and who took advantage of the situation when the hostess was drunk.

Recordings from CCTV cameras at the entrance showed that three hours before Bratash's death, the driver and his wife were in her apartment. Dzhigurda wrote on social networks: “They went to kill Lucy!”

Well, I came to the apartment as to work. I do not see anything illogical in the actions of the driver. The classic question is: who benefited from her death? The driver is not. The woman paid him a salary. Sister - also unlikely. The more Dzhigurda blames others, the more suspicious. A competent, objective investigator should understand history.

"There is a chance to win the court"

Dzhigurda has a certain chance to win the trial, - said "KP" Lawyer for Inheritance of the Bar Association "Knyazev and Partners" Maria Rulkova. - If the American notary, who certified the will, confirms in court that, yes, this woman came to him, she was of sound mind, that he certified her will, then with strong evidence, you can win the case. For example, if he presents the court with a video recording of how the document was drawn up.

In general, according to the laws of our country, a will by a Russian citizen in America should not be drawn up at an American notary, but at the consulate of the Russian Embassy in the USA. It will look like an ordinary testament in Russian, only it will be indicated where it was drawn up - that is, not a notary, but a consul assured. And yet, in some cases, the court may also recognize an improperly executed will as valid. And then Dzhigurda will win the court.

According to Dmitry Kuronov, jewelry worth 600 thousand euros (more than 41 million rubles) disappeared from the Bratash safe. Here is a photo of just a few of them. Lyudmila Jonatovna is the daughter of a military pilot. She was born in 1960 in Minsk, and her childhood was spent near the airfield in Machulishchi, where the aviation unit in which her father served was stationed. Perhaps that is why Lyudmila literally raved about aviation. However, she received a diploma in journalism, and in the eighties she moved to Moscow.

Bratash began her metropolitan career with journalism: she collaborated with Moskovsky Komsomolets, wrote articles about music, and paid special attention to the cult group of that time, Gorky Park. Then Lyudmila took an official position in the press center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and, finally, realized her old dream of aviation. However, she did not begin to master the flying profession, but organized her own company called Al Air, specializing in air travel for VIP clients, more precisely, in mediating the organization of such flights.

Bratash’s main talent was the ability to negotiate: she rented planes, organized an exclusive service on board (and even baked pancakes herself for an early breakfast of passengers), could send a flight without prepayment, negotiated with fuel suppliers during a crisis, was on “you” with oil tycoons and billionaires, including Boris Berezovsky. According to people who collaborated with Lyudmila at that time, from one flight she received income for mediation of at least 10 thousand dollars, while the amount due to direct performers was two orders of magnitude less. At the same time, from the end of the 90s, Bratash was also engaged in the resale of real estate - first she bought an unfinished country house and then managed to sell it with a very good profit, she acquired apartments in the capital. As for the personal life of a business woman, she was not successful. Bratash was never officially married, and had no children. She talked about her marriage to a French pilot, but her family did not confirm such information. Of course, a beautiful and wealthy woman did not experience a shortage of fans, but acquaintances say that all men were only interested in Lyudmila's money. In 1998, during her stay in Minsk, she met Nikita Dzhigurda, who was filming in the third film "Love in Russian". According to the actor, a close relationship immediately arose between them.

At the same time, Bratash's financial successes were declining. VIP clientele acquired their own aircraft, mediation in organizing flights began to bring less income, but Lyudmila was still considered a very successful woman - she was quite thrifty, took care of herself and did not drink alcohol. She maintained friendly relations with Dzhigurda, who claimed that they were together in the "Order of the Rosicrucians", and the wedding of the actor with Marina Anisina, which took place in 2008, was played in the Bratash country house. It was there that mutual friends noticed that Lyudmila was abusing alcohol.

In 2009, Bratash became the godmother of Anisina and Dzhigurda's son. According to stories, this was done to work off karmic debt and the opportunity to become a mother after a late pregnancy interrupted in youth. However, karma was ruthless - the airline had to be liquidated, and Lyudmila was increasingly seen drunk. Dzhigurda accused the driver Bratash Nikita Kuronov of this, who allegedly wanted to embezzle her money. In turn, Svetlana Romanova, Lyudmila's sister, accused Dzhigurda and Anisimova of the same, and spoke well of the driver, who valued his employer and took care of her.

In 2010, during the joint vacation of Bratash, Anisimova and Dzhigurda abroad, a will was drawn up, then registered with an American notary, according to which the state of Lyudmila Jonatovna, in the event of her death, passes to Dzhigurda and Anisimova, according to the actor, for the construction of a spiritual center. According to the notary, during personal meetings and telephone conversations in 2015, Bratash confirmed her will and that she was disinheriting her sister and nephews.

During the New Year holidays in 2016, Bratash was taken to the clinic in a state of severe alcohol intoxication. Upon her return, she stated that money and securities had disappeared from the safe, and money had also been withdrawn from her bank accounts. And on February 15, the guard and driver Bratash, entering her apartment, found the woman dead, with a broken head and surrounded by empty bottles. As the examination showed, the cause of death was a detached blood clot, and the head was injured as a result of a fall. The funeral of Lyudmila Bratash was carried out by Dzhigurda, the woman was buried at the Kolomenskoye cemetery, where the Kuronov family burial is located (against the desire of Romanova to bury her sister in Minsk).

The case of Bratash's will was submitted to the court, and according to Dzhigurda's statement, the amount of the inheritance was 800 million rubles. However, according to preliminary estimates, taking into account the cost of three apartments in the capital and one in Paris, a Lexus car and bank balances, the real value of the inheritance is about three times less. However, this, like the authenticity of the will, will be decided by lawyers. Dzhigurda did not appear at the first court hearing scheduled for October 11 in this case, but at the meeting on November 25 he confirmed his determination to fight for the inheritance. And after 4 days, a scandalous video of a sexual nature appeared on the network, which featured an actor and a woman who looked like Bratash, who, apparently, was unconscious.

Dzhigurda confirmed that he and Lyudmila were in the video, and that this scene was not violence, but the moral resuscitation of a woman. He also stated that he had already issued a Ukrainian passport in the new name of Janatan El-Air Bratash Ji Pogorzhelsky von Gan-Eden. The result of the scandal was a divorce lawsuit from Anisimova (the first attempt to divorce the couple in 2015 ended in reconciliation). On December 2, during the first meeting on this case, Dzhigurda attacked his wife's lawyer with his fists, then promised to post another video with Bratash as proof of their love. The new scandalous video was removed from Youtube, but saved on Dzhigurda's twitter.

Lyudmila Bratash was badly hurt during the fall, and there was no one to help her

The other day it became known about the mysterious death of the once successful business woman 56-year-old Lyudmila Bratash. The owner of a private luxury airline company, Al Aire, was found in her 5-room apartment in the west of the capital. Bruises and abrasions were found on the body of the entrepreneur.

The deceased was a close friend of Nikita Dzhigurda and Marina Anisina, was the godmother of their eldest son.

Upon learning of the death of a woman, the actor made a loud statement, blaming her driver Dmitry for the death of Bratash. According to him, the 50-year-old man was going to fictitiously marry Lyudmila, tortured her, injected her with drugs. Dzhigurda also claimed that all the money, jewelry and a will left in the name of his children disappeared from the businesswoman’s apartment.

The personal driver of the lady Dmitry called the police - together with the security guard, the man came to visit the hostess, since she did not get in touch for a while. Security opened the door with his key. Dead Bratash was lying in a room surrounded by empty bottles of wine.

The local policeman explained that he was called to the place by 12.00 to examine the body. There was already a medical examiner in the apartment - he recorded an old abrasion on his chin and a head injury (typical of a fall from a height).

According to the conclusions of the expert, Bratash had a blood clot. However, the final results of the causes of death will be announced in 30 days. But most likely, Bratash passed away on her own. The guard confirmed that the woman had been drinking alcohol for more than a month, this could have affected her health.

Human rights activists managed to get in touch with businesswoman driver Dmitry Kuronov, whom Nikita Dzhigurda hastened to accuse of almost murder.

In the interests of the investigation, I am not disclosing any information. One thing I will say is that the prosecutor, the court, but not Dzhigurda, makes the charges.

By the way, Dmitry is officially married, has two daughters. Has been a driver for over 15 years. Neighbors speak positively of him. The only thing they remember is an episode of a month ago, when Dmitry, being drunk as hell, asked for a loan of 100 rubles. This surprised the residents, since previously no Muscovite had been noticed in his addiction to Bacchus.

Who is Lyudmila Bratash? Veterans of "MK" remembered her: long ago, back in the 80s, then just Luda was published several times in our newspaper. She wrote about music, in particular, about the Gorky Park group. And then - abruptly changed my life. First I went to the press center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. But even then she dreamed of the sky: her father, a retired military man, often took her with him to the airfield. And in the end, just a lady turned into a business woman, becoming a pioneer of VIP aviation.

“The specifics of our business is that we do not need to buy aircraft. It's expensive and pointless. It is necessary to rent cars from the owners and properly organize the flight system and air services. That's all. ”, Bratash said in 2003 in an interview with Expert magazine. She remembered how she negotiated with tankers during the fuel crisis, how she baked pancakes in her kitchen at night in order to be in time for the flight in the morning and deliver them to her wealthy clients for breakfast with caviar. However, by the time the interview was published, all this was already in the past: oil magnates, bankers and politicians, prime ministers flew on her planes. The owner of Al Air is the only woman in Russia who has succeeded in this exclusive business.

After that interview, we continued our communication with Lyudmila, - says Mumin Shakirov, one of the authors of the material. - The last time we met was three years ago in her chic apartment. She looked great. I didn't notice any changes. I wrote a book about self-made women. One of my heroines was just Lyudmila. She was well known in business aviation, the oligarchs personally called her, the billionaires with whom she was on “you”, asked to organize a flight. Judge for yourself, she was the only one who managed to send boards without prepayment, if the client did not have time to pay for the flight in advance. It shows that she was trusted.

- Why does the Federal Air Transport Agency know nothing about her airline?

She did not have her own fleet, she rented planes. Her main task is the ability to negotiate with customers, operators, and organize a flight. And she did it brilliantly.

We contacted other acquaintances of Bratash.

The last time I saw Lyudmila was 10-15 years ago, - recalls a friend of the deceased. “Then she found me on Facebook. We communicated with her only about stray dogs - Luda felt sorry for the animals. She said that she often happens in Greece, invited me to go on vacation with her. There was a feeling that she was ready to invite any person on a trip with her. Apparently, she needed communication. She also said that she was friends with Marina Anisina. She complained that she could not give birth to a child. Got two dogs. There were rumors that she had an affair with some musician. There were many men around her, but her personal life did not work out.

And here is what another friend of Lyudmila Bratash recalls.

On Friday, Lyudmila was buried at the Khavansky cemetery. Her close friends weren't even told about it. The funeral seemed to be handled by Dzhigurda and his wife. Marina Anisina did not call anyone and did not notify of farewell. We do not know if Lyuda's relatives from Belarus managed to arrive. After all, her own sister lives in Minsk, her nephews, with whom Lyuda had a warm relationship.

- How did she make friends with the Anisina-Dzhigurda couple?

Most likely, Lyudmila first met Anisina in Paris. Bratash lived there for a while. They got closer. Luda baptized one of the children of the star couple. They even went on vacation together. By the way, the wedding of Dzhigurd and Anisin was played on the chic Bratash hacienda. I wouldn't be surprised if it's at her expense. Then Lyudmila sold this hacienda and bought another one. Some time ago, Bratash had a microstroke. For some reason, Anisina took her to her home. Luda was not admitted to the hospital. Isn't it strange?

- On the eve of the funeral, Nikita Dzhigurda accused her driver of the death of a business lady ...

Nikita decided to make himself loud, but this time very cheap and dishonorable. With his assumptions, he insulted the person who, to the last, was next to Luda and pulled her out of various troubles.

- What do you have in mind?

All Luda's acquaintances knew that she had been drinking heavily lately. When drunk, she did not control herself, she could not stand on her feet, hence the bruises on her body. Only the driver could tolerate her drunken antics. Perhaps this man was the most devoted in her environment.

- Bratash had an apartment in Paris, apartments in Moscow. Did the men help her?

She bought everything for herself and an apartment in Paris. She never had rich sponsors. She herself is from Belarus, but she has been very successful here. Count yourself lucky. Luda has never been married (in an interview with Expert, Bratash said that she was married for the second time to a French pilot - ed.). She does not have kids. Men deceived her, used her position, money, and then disappeared. In fact, she was a rich but unhappy woman.

- Have you talked to her for the last time?

I stopped talking to her a year ago because I don't like drunken promises.

How can an alcoholic run an airline?

Are you not aware? The company has been gone for a long time. Everything is sold. The last time in her life there were no men, no work. But once she organized private boards for deputies, oligarchs. Remember the noisy trips of our millionaires to Courchevel? So, basically, they flew there with its sides. Such a bright life and a terrible lonely death.

KP continues to deal with a detective story regarding the inheritance of Nikita Dzhigurda. Recall: the artist presented a will, according to which a lonely rich business woman, the former owner of the El Air VIP air transportation company, Lyudmila Bratash, leaves all her property to him and his wife, figure skater Marina Anisina.

According to the lawyer Anisina, the amount of the inheritance is a billion rubles. But Bratash's acquaintances assure: we are talking about an amount 3-4 times less. Be that as it may, the will is challenged in court by the sister of the deceased, Svetlana.

There are indeed many questions about the document.

“I didn’t even have a visa”

I worked for Lyudmila's company from 1996 to 2010 inclusive, - ex-employee of El Air Irina Egorova told Komsomolskaya Pravda. - The will that Dzhigurda shows was drawn up in the USA in 2010. But I can state with full responsibility: Lyudmila Bratash did not fly to America in 2010. At that time, she did not even have a visa.

- Why are you so sure of it?

Because I was organizing all her flights - booking hotels, buying tickets and so on. Lyudmila did not do this work herself - the office did it. And for the last couple of years of the company's existence (until 2010. - Ed.), only me and the accountant remained in the office.

Until 2003, she only flew to America on state visits, along with Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev. At first, she organized flights for him on a Boeing, which she took from the Swiss. Then Aliyev flew several times a year to treat a sick heart at a clinic in Cleveland. Lyudmila organized flights for him and often accompanied him - she was friends with him. And she never flew to America on her own. After Aliyev's death in 2003, she stopped visiting the United States. Therefore, she could not be there with Dzhigurda either.

Lyudmila's sister Svetlana Bratash asked me to speak in court about the will - I agreed.

“I signed blank forms”

Irina Egorova also questioned Lyudmila's notes, in which she calls her sister a thief and asks to protect her from the driver.

This is not her handwriting, - Irina Egorova assures. - Because I worked with her for many years, I know how she wrote. The signature on the will that Dzhigurd shows is similar to Lyudina. But it's easy to fake it. And we forged it in the office - on some minor papers. She allowed us to do this, because she often went on a binge, but she understood: the company should work smoothly.

Sometimes she signed blank forms - on a sheet with a heading of her company. We had such sheets in our office, and at her home. By the way, Dzhigurda submitted a will on the letterhead of the company. I believe the will is a forgery.

I rushed to Bratash. Opened the door. There are only dogs in the house. This seemed strange to me. Previously, Lucy had never left the dogs alone. If she was absent for a long time, she gave the animals to me. Just in case, I decided to check the safe. Got a spare key. Lucy completely trusted me, so I knew where the keys were. I opened the safe and it was empty.

- What was in the safe?

There were about 250 thousand euros in cash and jewelry. Lucy herself estimated the contents of the safe at 600,000 euros. I started calling Anisina, Lucy, Nikita. Phones were unavailable. Later I was contacted by Marina, who was in France at the time. She promised to take care of the situation. I calmed down a bit. He took Lucy's dogs, and my wife and I left for Bryansk.

Liana:- When I found out that the safe was empty, I immediately thought - this is not a clean place. Knowing Lucy, one could assume that she could give money to the same Dzhigurda, but to give all the contents of the safe to anyone and be left with nothing is not about her.

Sveta arrived in Moscow, and on January 5 we called the police. On the same day, we discovered another loss - the documents for Bratash's Moscow real estate disappeared.

- Was Dzhigurda summoned for interrogation?

Liana:- He was checked and released. Lusya made herself felt only on January 8th. She called her sister and said that she would be back in a couple of days. But at the appointed time, we did not see her. Then Svetlana again turned to the police. She asked me to find Lucy. She was told that Bratash had written a note in the clinic that she did not want to see her sister. In turn, Dzhigurda ordered the guard of the house where Bratash lived not to let my husband into the territory on the basis of some kind of note allegedly from Lucy. Then they began to accuse Dmitry of the theft.

- When did Bratash return from the clinic?

In total, Lucy spent more than a week in the clinic. Then she came back, sent me a text message so that I could bring the dogs. I came to her house and found Lucy in a state of prostration. She barely moved her tongue, seemed to be slow. I began to ask her: “What happened? Do you know that you lost money and jewelry? Dmitry is blamed for everything. She nodded, “I know. Only two people enter my house - Dmitry and Dzhigurda. Maybe I hid myself. There was no point in further conversation. I understood that Lucy had not yet fully recovered. The only thing I reminded her: "Dzhigurda said that you fired Dimka." She was surprised: “I didn’t fire anyone.” On that we said goodbye.

- After Bratash returned from the clinic, where was Dzhigurda?

Dzhigurda and Anisina did not leave Lucy a single step. All the time were next to her in the apartment. No one was allowed near her. And on the first day after Lucy returned from the clinic, Nikita bought her cider: "A little bit." Sister Bratash Svetlana, who had not yet had time to go back to Belarus, told us all this. And on January 17, Dzhigurda practically escorted Sveta out of the house.

- Did Dzhigurda go to the police about the missing money?

He called the police. He demanded that Lyudmila write a statement that my husband had robbed her. Lucy refused. With us, Bratash then interrupted communication. She rarely called me, and only when Nikita was not around. He didn't let go of her a single step. Only on January 28 did I receive an SMS from Lucy: “Come with Dima. Nikita went to France." And on January 30, she wrote to her husband: “Dima, 100 percent it’s not you. Dzhigurda cheated. We have saved this message. The next weekend we came to Lucy. Bratash has finally come to her senses. And she asked in a businesslike way: "Tell me what happened here."

Liana: We told her everything from the very beginning. Lucy, in turn, said that the money had disappeared not only from the safe, almost 500 thousand rubles had been debited from her accounts. I found out that on January 2, 156 thousand were withdrawn from one card, 200 from another and 120 thousand from the third. She also asked to see the video surveillance cameras that are installed above the ATMs where the money was withdrawn. We have these shots. In the pictures - Dzhigurda and his driver. Nikita later said that he was withdrawing money to pay for Lyudmila's treatment at the clinic.

- And where did he get the code from the card?

The codes were kept in a safe. Lucy also tried to get a bill from the clinic for her treatment. Sent inquiries there. But never received an answer. By the way, when we asked Lyusya if she was really being treated for alcoholism there, she made round eyes: “I was given masks, massages, and that’s all.” Later it turned out that the clinic where Lucy was lying specializes in weight loss programs.

Dmitriy:- When I told Lucy that in addition to money and jewelry, documents for apartments were missing from her office, she was shocked. In a matter of days, we began to restore documents and conduct operations so that no one could make any transactions with real estate. In the absence of Dzhigurda, Lucy met with influential acquaintances, consulted on all these issues. She made an inventory of the missing property and was going to go to the police to write a statement. She copied all the information she collected - extracts from Sberbank, video footage - onto a USB flash drive and gave it to me: “Let you have it too.”

- Marina Anisina was aware of what happened? She was in France.

According to Lucy, she called Anisina and told her about her suspicions. Marinka answered calmly, saying that if Nikita took the money, she would divorce him. And that's it. We assume that Anisina could know everything. For example, when sister Bratash was looking for a clinic where Lucy was put, she called Dzhigurda. He shouted into the phone: “You are late, everything has already been rewritten on us. You are nobody at all." Sveta then contacted Anisina. And she repeated the same words as Nikita. - After a trip to France, Dzhigurda contacted Bratash?

On that day, she was strange, they noticed that she was hungover. She complained that she didn't feel well. Before leaving, Lucy told her husband: "Dima, see you tomorrow." And we left. The next day, Dima, as usual, arrived at Luce's by 10 am. Nobody opened the door for him. Luda was dead. And soon Dzhigurda began to distribute interviews in which he blamed my husband for the death of Bratash. - Did Dzhigurda personally contact you after death?

- Is it true that he was not allowed to attend Bratash's funeral?

Dzhigurda was not interested in where and what time the funeral would be. Sister Lucy and I took care of the mourning events. They buried Bratash in our family grave, we had one place. The funeral went quietly. Some of her co-workers, relatives and our family were present. Lyudmila had no friends left at the end of her life. Her former business partners knew where the memorial service would take place, but no one came. While we were burying Lucy, Dzhigurda continued to blame us for her death through the media. I remember he was indignant that we, they say, wanted to cremate Lucy. What kind of nonsense? The investigators immediately explained to us that the body cannot be taken out of the country, let alone cremated, because exhumation is possible, too much of the inheritance is at stake, anything can happen. After all, Lucy was originally planned to be buried in Minsk, in a family grave. Did not work out. The investigator did not even give Lyudmila's passport to her sister, he said that anything could happen to the document in the morgue. The passport remained in business. We issued a death certificate based on information from the police.

Today, Dzhigurda declares that he is the heir to the entire fortune of the deceased. Could it happen that Lyudmila really made a will for him?

Liana:- Lucy did not write any will to her sister. Always said: “Why? All the same, everything will go to my sister, she is my closest relative. Shortly before her death, Lucy told me that she knew that Nikita was claiming her apartment in France. Lucy even thought to issue a deed of gift to his son. She understood that her sister Svetlana did not need this property, she would not be able to serve her. But she never wrote a will. Meanwhile, Anisina seems to have been living in her apartment in France since April.

Dmitriy:- I have no doubt that the court will figure out how genuine the will is in the hands of Dzhigurda. Nikita claims that Bratash wrote it six years ago when she was in America. But at that time she did not go to America.
